Hydrogen Training
A lack of a competent and skilled hydrogen workforce will be a barrier to the uptake of hydrogen. In early 2020, H2Networks was inspired by Dr Patrick Hartley of the CSIRO to do something about this. Initially there was a lot of inertia, and many in, industry and education, did not see the development of hydrogen skills as a priority. Within twelve months that had changed. However, there remains a void in the understanding of what skills will be required by what industries and by when. We aim to help fill this void and provide insights into the status of hydrogen training development in Australia and where competencies may overlap between each industry sector. We hope to keep you up to date with hydrogen training development in Australia with the resources we provide on this resources page.
